Founded in 1967 by Mr. Erdoğan Kılıç, Baycan Elektrik A.Ş. began operations as a certified supplier to Arçelik in a 20-person workshop in Istanbul. Later, in 1987, it moved to its current 7,500-square-meter facility in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, where it continues its operations. With 50 years of experience, Erdoğan Kılıç has always prioritized our workforce, our most valuable asset, fostering a productive work culture and earning the company its reputation as a preferred partner.

The services we offer our customers primarily include wiring harnesses, design support from our experienced R&D and P&D teams, prototype production, assembly and testing of electrical, electronic, and plastic components. We continue to uphold the principles of 100% customer satisfaction, quality, and reliability established by our founder from day one. Since its founding, the company has primarily focused on the white goods sector and has expanded into new markets since 1991 under the leadership of our current Chairman, Hakan Kılıç. In 2022, it earned its AS 9100 certification, becoming an approved supplier for the Aerospace and Defense Industry.

Today, Baycan Elektrik A.Ş., with nearly 1,000 employees, manufactures for over 10 domestic and international brands. With its philosophy of on-time and complete production, over fifty years of experience and success in the wiring harness sector, and in collaboration with leading white goods manufacturers and the automotive, aviation, and defense industries, Baycan Elektrik A.Ş. will continue to prove itself in terms of efficiency, quality, and global competitiveness in new sectors it enters in the coming years.
